Key Responsibilities

 

Deliver excellent, proactive customer service by understanding client needs and handling requests promptly.

 

Open and manage active accounts to support annual sales targets.

 

Apply sales processes to meet unit and personal targets.

 

Manage and grow an active customer portfolio by identifying leads and converting them into sales.

 

Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, processes, and timelines.

 

Ensure compliance with legislative, governance, and audit standards.

 

 

Sales and Relationship Management

 

Cross-sell financial products to strengthen existing client relationships.

 

Contact and convert prospective clients to meet sales goals.

 

Track and influence sales and service activities to increase efficiency.

 

Define and implement a strategy to grow your sales portfolio, supported by competitor analysis and innovative initiatives.
