Position: Customer Service & Credit Processing Agent
Department: Customer Service / Credit Applications
Role Purpose:
Ensure professional and accurate handling of customer interactions (inquiries, applications, verifications) to enhance customer experience and grow the credit/customer base.

π Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
Respond to customer queries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Minimize service delays and complaints.
2. Verification Tasks:
Confirm employment and personal details via phone as part of the credit application process.
3. Data Management:
Update customer details in the debtor systems to maintain data accuracy.
4. Application Processing (Outbound Only):
Process store card applications across divisions to grow the credit/customer base.

π Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Grade 12 / Matric (required)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in a call center (preferably new account applications)
Credit/store card application processing experience (advantageous)
