Bursary description:
- ABSA is a financial services company established in South Africa that provides personal and commercial banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking, wealth and investment management, and bank assurance.
- For the bursary, ABSA covers tuition fees, study-material costs, registration fees and laptop costs.
Must be interested in enrolling or studying the following degrees:
- Mathematics
- Business Analytics
- Data Science
- Actuarial Sciences
- Quantitative Risk Management
- Financial Mathematics
Bursary requirements:
- Should be a South African citizen.
- Should have an exceptional academic record.
- Should be a first year student who has completed Matric/Grade 12.
- Should be interested in enrolling in the fields mentioned above.
- Should have an average of 70% and above for Matric/Grade 12.
- Should intend to study at an accredited/recognized South African university/institution (mainly North-West University).
