Bursary description:
- BBD is a technology/software company that offers a variety of technological services this includes: Systems integration, user experience design, mobile app services, software development, IT & development consulting, as well as maintenance and support are among the company’s services and skills.

- For the bursary, BBD is encouraging all students who are passionate and interested in Information Technology/Computer Science and are also currently studying in the field to apply for the BBD bursary programme.
- The bursary covers tuition fees and living expenses, and additionally, mentorship and training is provided to bursary awardees throughout their studies.
- Each week bursary awardees will be required to get a hands on experience working with the latest technologies and also engage with other bursars.
- After completing their studies in university, bursary awardees will be placed in the company’s graduate programme.
Must be interested in enrolling or studying the following degrees:
- Information Technology/Computer Science
- Informatics
- Software Engineering
Bursary requirements:
- Should be a South African citizen.
- Should be passionate about Information Technology/Computer Science.
- Should have an exceptional academic record.
- Should have average of 70% and above in Matric/Grade 12.
- Should be studying towards a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Should have an average of 65% and above in university/tertiary.

- Acceptance letter/document from the university stating you have been accepted for the enrollment of the studies mentioned above (Information Technology/Computer Science).
- Certified copy of your latest academic record for university students.
- Certified copy of your Academic record (Grade 12 latest academic record/Grade 11 final academic record).
