Bursary description:
- The General Electric Company (GE) is a multinational corporation based in the United States. GE has been inventing the future of industry for over 125 years.
- GE is best known today for its work in the power, renewable energy, aviation, and healthcare sectors.
- Tuition, textbooks, housing, and stipend expenses will be covered by the GE bursary.
Must be interested in enrolling or studying the following degrees:
- Engineering
- Health Sciences
- Humanities
- Social Sciences
- Commerce
Bursary requirements:
- Should be a South African citizen
- Should have completed Matric/Grade 12
- Should have an exceptional academic record.
- Should be interested in studying towards the degrees mentioned above at an accredited or recognized South African university/institution.
- Should have achieved an average of 60% and above in their academic record.

- Certified copy of your South African ID(Less than 3 months old).
- Documentation of why you need financial assistance, this can include parent’s pay slip and a motivational letter.
- Acceptance letter/document from the university stating you have been accepted for the enrollment of the studies you will be pursuing.
- Certified copy of your latest academic record for university students.
- Certified copy of your Academic record (Grade 12 latest academic record/Grade 11 final academic record).
