Graduate Development – AECI

Job roles and responsibilities:

  • To develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified individuals for critical roles in the organisation. To afford the attainment of workplace experience and exposure to suitably qualified Graduates
  • Assist with executional/operational and technical support activities as per relevant field of learning/study
  • Develop through a practical training programme in order to gain experience in the implementation of the relevant field of learning/study
  • Assist with the daily operational activities within the respective discipline’s department
  • Ensure all day-to-day activities are dealt with in an accurate, courteous and timely manner, adhering to current business standards
  • Apply theoretical knowledge in the workplace
  • Adhere to Zero Harm
  • Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality regulations

Job requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent 
  • Degree in one of the following: Electrical/ Electronic Engineer, Equipment and Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Robotics.
