Job roles and responsibilities:
- To develop a sustainable pipeline of qualified individuals for critical roles in the organisation. To afford the attainment of workplace experience and exposure to suitably qualified Graduates
- Assist with executional/operational and technical support activities as per relevant field of learning/study
- Develop through a practical training programme in order to gain experience in the implementation of the relevant field of learning/study
- Assist with the daily operational activities within the respective discipline’s department
- Ensure all day-to-day activities are dealt with in an accurate, courteous and timely manner, adhering to current business standards
- Apply theoretical knowledge in the workplace
- Adhere to Zero Harm
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality regulations
Job requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Degree in one of the following: Electrical/ Electronic Engineer, Equipment and Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Robotics.
