Job roles and responsibilities:
- Gathering information and participating in on-the-job training
- Participating in meetings and workshops through internal customer engagement, partner and stakeholder relationships
- Contribution to the adoption, and management of the digital strategy
- Operational change optimisation and management
- Reports compilation and presentations to internal stakeholders
- Analysing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement towards operational and business efficiency
- Bringing positive energy into Fraser Alexander and forming lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Be a self starter that can learn rapidly, this includes explaining their research methodologies and resources when it comes to self learning
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required
Job requirements:
- Grade 12
- Candidate must have either a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering
Job skills and competencies:
- Medically fit
- Pass client screenings, which includes criminal record and qualifications screenings
- Pass client induction
- Currently unemployed
- Undergo psychometric assessments
- Must not have been in a similar graduate programme before
- Insights-driven individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Be prepared to discuss Digital Transformation and 4IR
