Job description:

  • An established Engineering company, seeks to employ a Receptionist at their Meises Halt Offices.

Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls, transferring, taking messages
  • Greeting visitors, assisting with the meeting venue
  • Admin work as given by the Finance Manager
  • Assisting with translating when requested by management

Job requirements:

  • Grade 12

Job skills and competencies:

  • Working experience within a reception/administrator role
  • Strong computer skills; able to work comfortably in MS Word and Excel
  • Own vehicle / Reliable transport
  • Fluent in English (essential); Xhosa speaking (highly advantageous)
