Job description:
- An established Engineering company, seeks to employ a Receptionist at their Meises Halt Offices.
Job roles and responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls, transferring, taking messages
- Greeting visitors, assisting with the meeting venue
- Admin work as given by the Finance Manager
- Assisting with translating when requested by management
Job requirements:
- Grade 12
Job skills and competencies:
- Working experience within a reception/administrator role
- Strong computer skills; able to work comfortably in MS Word and Excel
- Own vehicle / Reliable transport
- Fluent in English (essential); Xhosa speaking (highly advantageous)
