Job description:
- Build unrivalled customer partnerships by being customer centric. Effectively manage quality of finished products and develop high end designated outlets in order to deliver the volume and full-service package as outlined in the Commercial & Supply Chain Plan.
Job roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure that’s service standards are met in terms of quality assurance, adherence to business processes and attainment of productivity targets.
- Meet KPI qualifiers and standards
- Handle and process customer orders, enquiries, and questions, according to internal process and work instructions.
- Ensure 100% execution against 100% documented SOP
- Administer and document customer orders, queries, and complaints (e.g., enter data into standard company system) in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify and exploit cross and up selling opportunities with existing or new customers and/or forward these to sales representative or account managers.
- Ensure voice call services levels are met
- Ensure problem solving is executed using TPM methodology.
- Drives continuous improvements in business processes via critical thinking, sharing of best practices, and ensuring appropriate alignment with cross functional teams.
