Role Summary
As a Technical Support Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with FTTH services. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and effective technical support while maintaining strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for FTTH-related queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot fibre connectivity issues
Log and track customer interactions and resolutions
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved
Maintain product and technical knowledge
Adhere to company procedures and service standards
Receive on-the-job training
